Shipping
Earth Discoveries orders are packed and shipped from Gisborne, New Zealand.
We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive confirmation along with tracking information where available.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout based on your location and selected shipping option.
Please double-check your delivery address before completing your order. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help before your order is dispatched.
Returns
We want you to be happy with your Earth Discoveries purchase. If something isn’t right with your order, please get in touch with us.
Unused and unopened products may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Items should be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Because our excavation kits contain genuine natural specimens, each fossil, mineral and specimen is unique. Size, colour, shape and appearance will naturally vary from the examples shown on our website. These natural variations are part of what makes every discovery different and are not considered faults.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the issue.
We’ll work with you to make it right.
Return Shipping
Unless an item is faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly, return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
